3D architectural rendering from 2D AutoCAD file

This project requires 3D modelling/rendering to be completed of a residential property. I require two new perspectives developed of the property – one from a 45 degree angle from the left side, and one from a 45 degree angle from the right side.

The modeller will be supplied with 2D AutoCAD drawings and an example perspective of the property. Only the exterior of the building is required to be modelled, to indicate what the building would look like from the street.

The two new views must have the same colour scheme as the example view which is attached (this is from straight on). They should also be taken from the same distance from the property and have the same viewing angle. The new perspectives must match the standard of the example view.

We are using the render to explain to people that the third level of the building is only minimally visible from the street. Accordingly, it is important that the designs are consistent with the line of sight perspectives that have been prepared (see attached line of sight drawing).

Please send me examples of your previous work (i.e. resume) to demonstrate that you can complete the task. If anyone can show me a low resolution example of a completed perspective, this will significantly increase your chance of being awarded the job.
