MT-41 Bar remodel

Job Description:
We need a registered design professional to provide us with a 2D floor plan for our bar and small casino project. Our existing building is a large open space, which we need to turn back into a bar and small casino. The building is made of cinder block filled with vermiculite insulation. We will need to frame the inside perimeter to add insulation and urethane insulate the underside of the roof. Additionally, we plan to raise the floor and frame walls in a 40x12 area to create some offices and a walk-in cooler. We also need to build a bar and bar back. The project does not involve altering any load-bearing walls.
We need this project completed ASAP and have a budget of up to $1500 USD. We require a registered design professional who can provide us with the necessary stamp for the State of Montana. We do not have any software preferences and only need one design, which we will reference from the one uploaded. The primary goal is to get the necessary drawings for a remodel permit.
