I need someone who can create a house render package from our ArchiCAD file. The renders are to include;
- Front facade
- Living room
- Kitchen
- Laundry
- Garage
- Dinning
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms
- Alfresco
All designed off of a house plan, colour scheme and inclusions list that will be provided. I have attached an example render, this is the quality I need. (the inclusions list outlines specifications on some items, e.g. size and material of bench tops, sink material and colour, etc.)
