We are thrilled to announce our Interior and Exterior Design Contest, where we invite talented designers to showcase their skills and creativity in a captivating portfolio. This contest is all about bringing your design concepts to life with the power of 3D renders.
? What We're Looking For ?
We are seeking designers who can provide us with a complete design proposal in the form of a portfolio. Your portfolio should be a visual representation of your unique design approach, showcasing your expertise in both interior and exterior design.
Here are the key components we expect to see in your portfolio:
1️⃣ Renders: Present stunning 3D renders that accurately depict your design vision. Show us your ability to create immersive and realistic visualizations that capture the essence of your concept.
2️⃣ Shop Drawings: Include detailed shop drawings that highlight the technical aspects of your design. These drawings should demonstrate your attention to detail and provide clear instructions for construction and implementation.
3️⃣ Finishing Details: Showcase your meticulous attention to finishing details. From materials and color schemes to lighting and textures, demonstrate how you thoughtfully select and integrate these elements to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.
4️⃣ Furniture Layout: Demonstrate your expertise in furniture placement and spatial planning. Show us how you optimize the layout to maximize comfort, flow, and usability while maintaining an exceptional design aesthetic.
The portfolio should be in PDF and CAD format. Multiple entries are not allowed, so choose your best work for submission.
please note the following:
1. The building will be used for an official architectural firm that will deal with contractors and consultant.
2. Each office will accommodate 1 engineer in which to have proper desk layout to be able to handle and view A1 size drawings with another side to fit 2 screens of minimum size of 23".
3. the multipurpose hall in the first floor to be used as a common area for employees with a side for dining.
