Need do get an exterior design done with a full landscape, house painted nice, deck, hot tub, 10 parking spots, hammocks all over, gazebos, exterior lighting. We are turning the house into an airbnb area. so the outside is super important. its on 18 acres of land for them to explore the woods but the area around the house needs to be beautiful. It needs to look like a destination of its own, since the town it is in is not a tourist town. The only reason the guests will stay with us will be to hang out on our property. i like modern look and modern ideas. i love exterior lighting for sure. i would like to get the house replicated in the design and see a video tour of everything.
