I need a short animated two-part clip, that could be used for a longer presentational video to serve as visual aid in explaining a scientific project proposal.
I would like to show two nanoparticles, linked by a short single-DNA strand floating in a redish (bloody) environment. Upon appearance of a target molecule (like a protein), the DNA strand recognizes it (somewhere in the middle of a strand), inducing a kink and curving the strand, so that initially separated nanoparticles are brought close to each other. At which point the nanoparticles can interact, simply exchanging light between each other (one part of the clip) or also activating a layer (around one of the particles) which contains small drug molecules that are then released into the surrounding (second part of the clip).
I'll provide some sketches with more detailed explanation later on.
