I need help designig an enviromentally friendly modern home with a ranch style. Home will sit on 10 acre property with 350' long driveway. Will have 3 Rooms, 2 Full baths, Office, Large Kitchen, Dining, Family Room and Concrete walls in the core of house to serve as hidden panic room. Master Bedroom will be upstairs next to Office. Master Bedroom to have Large doorless shower with bench Master Bedroom to have Large Window 2 Guestrooms will be downstairs with shared full bath Guest bath will also need to be accessible to visitors from Living Room Living Room to have folding glass window to allow view of backyard- True South Kitchen to have a large Farm Sink and a water faucet behing gas range. Exterior of Home will have Heavy Troweled stucco concrete colored walls and brick. Plumbing system to allow for Gray Water Recycling HVAC to implement slotted diffusers Home to have enough windows (not excessive) to allow for natural lighting Roof to be slightly sloped almost flat Home to have a cannopy connecting to 2 car garage with small 1bd Studio upstairs that that includes small bath and kitchen.
