Virtual renovation of a home's exterior

We are buying a home that needs renovations. We want to have someone "design" a new exterior for our home, with door and window modifications, paint, feature walls, etc. We have photos of the "before" ie, how it looks now. I've attached a photo to show the project. I selected "simple project" for the price point, but if the right person with the right experience applies, we may be willing to pay more.
