Woodworking Christmas Yard Art Build Plan

We are looking for a simple woodworking plan to build some Christmas yard art. I've included a sample of the "JOY" design I like, please see file. We will build this yard art from plywood. The plywood we will use will be 48"x96" max, please keep the size of the plywood boards in mind when laying out the design, as we would like to use as few plywood boards as possible. I need a plan that will scale this project with a maximum letter height of 5 feet and star may reach up to 6-7 feet in height when attached.
**** Keep in mind that your working plans must be sized so that after printing the plan we will place the printed plan on top of the plywood and trace it with carbon paper underneath. We will then cut the carbon trace lines out of the plywood.
