You are the Manager, Workforce Planning and Development, for the National Bank. Working as an individual, develop a Workforce Plan, based on case study 12.1 in the Jones text. This will cover a three (3) period. Assume the date is December 31 2009.
Phase One requires completion of Tables 2, 3 and 4 using the information and assumptions that are provided.
Phase Two requires addressing all of the elements and criteria of the course.
Refer to the attached Marking Form Guide for details of the criteria to be addressed.
You must show evidence of research using texts and journals. Use the Harvard system for referencing, and attach Bibliography or Reference List and any relevant Appendices.
