I have a fairly simple research project. I need someone to find me 50 blogs that talk primarily about home painting/repair/upkeep. The blogs need to meet ALL of the following criteria:
*Need to be at least 1 year old
*Needs to have at least 25 entries and at least 12 from 2012. There should be at least 2 for the last 30 days. (I'm looking for active blogs)
*Needs to have a Page Rank of at least 5
*Blog entries need to average at least 300 words
*Each blog entry should average at least 2 comments. Comments should be real comments and not spam-oriented comments (please let me know if you need me to explain this)
*Blogs should all be on unique domains. Blogging platforms like [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] won't be counted.
*The comment section can't have the "nofollow" feature
A few VERY IMPORTANT things:
(1). If you don't understand terms like "follow" and "nofollow" then this project probably isn't for you. I had a programmer bid on another project who said he understood. He didn't and we wasted a lot of time and money. I don't want to go through that again.
(2). Follow blogs are VERY important. If you don't know how to check for this then please do not bid.
(3). I get a lot of people who bid without reading the project. Please use the PMB to say "Hunter - I've read your project and will let you know if I have questions." If you don't have that I won't accept your bid. Generally 1/2 of the bids don't have that line.
(4). Payment will be through escrow. If you anticipate a long time to do this project we can talk about tiered payments.
(5). I don't need you to leave any comments on the blogs. I only need you to find the blogs and send me a list. I'll have a spreadsheet for you to fill out that includes the required information above.
(6). Please let me know what questions you have.
(7). Because this is an easy project I'll entertain offers from new programmers.
(8). This is the 3rd time I've posted this project. The first 2 times it was a failure because the programmer failed to deliver.
Thank you for considering my project.
