I am seeking a reliable and dedicated writer to write 50 original blog posts on a number of topics related to Human Resources Management, Leadership, Recruitment, Employer Branding, Performance Management, etc...
The writer must have a PERFECT command of written English and able to communicate business information and concepts in a way that is easy to read and understand for business audience. Ideally, the writer has experience in corporate business either gained through university education or working in management positions, managing staff or human resources or some corporate environment, will consider other bidders based on high experience writing in corporate arena. The writer also needs flair for writing and be able to use defined keywords naturally within the articles.
Must refer to research in every 5 out of 10 blog posts. Not all fluff and heresay, but reference to solid surveys, studies, etc...some reference sites will be provided.
Blog posts MUST meet the following criteria:
• High quality, original, and content-rich articles (no spinning, no fluff, and no plagiarism, factually correct).
• Articles MUST be written in English (UK) with a clear structure and correct grammar, punctuation and spelling.
• Articles should be about 500 words (425 – 550 words) with a title (no greater than 5 words & key word rich/relevant).
• Each article must pass copyscape.
• Articles should be search engine optimised with keyword density of 2-3%.
• Submitted articles must be in a ready-to-publish condition, requiring no additional editing.
• Articles must be submitted to us via an email in Word format (*.doc or *.docx)
We may ask that you revise articles at no extra cost if they do not meet the criteria above. They must appeal to the intelligent educated reader who is looking for information to educate/advise.
Please note that the articles produced for this project are “work for hire" and all rights are transferred to blog owner upon payment. You will refrain from selling or reusing the articles you’ve been paid to write.
Payments will be made via freelancer upon our acceptance of your articles (when the articles meet the criteria above).
First 5 articles will be on trial basis and if acceptable will be included in final payment. Milestone payments will be accepted, based on ability to use an no rewriting.
In your proposal for this project, please state your preference or expertise in any field related to human resources management/leadership and how many blog posts you can write for this project, and rate per 500 words if not able to do full 50.
As part of your submission, please include samples of your past articles that relate to human resources or leadership/ people management. Please note the articles submitted for this project should be the same standard or a higher standard than that you’ve provided in your samples. Please attach your samples in word or text formats, or just copy and paste. (No zip files in pmb please).
Please don't bid for a time frame less than 1-2 weeks.. I would rather a longer period of time e.g, 1 month so you do a proper job and not a rush, poor quality job.
