I'm looking to hire non-fiction ebook writers who are experienced at conducting deep research, and who can express themselves in a very conversational and empathetic style even if the subject matter is detailed and complex.
The target market for most of these books will be seniors. Cynical and jaded seniors.
Topics will have critical, urgent and mass appeal to seniors, i.e., issues and subject matter that may keep them up at night, or at least pining away during the day.
If you have no experience writing deeply researched non-fiction ebooks -- this isn't for you. I’m not looking for wannabes. To be considered I’ll need to receive your ebook samples (a 750-word article is not an ebook).
The ebooks to be written must be authoritatively presented, hence footnoted. And as such, the writers will function more like editors, curators of information, if you will.
The ebooks will vary in length, depending on the focus. They can be as short as 75 pages or as long as 150.
Turnaround time is not an issue -- if you need a month, or two -- that's up to you.
I'm looking for quality writing -- not speed.
You will have your name on your respective ebooks, as editor. And you will have a bio displayed on the publisher's website as well as within the ebook.
Payment will be made through an advance and by royalties.
The advance: $10 per page. Half paid at the start, the balance upon completion.
The royalties: You will receive $1 per book sold, up to 500 books sold. From 500 to 1,000, you will receive $2 per book. From 1,000 and higher you will receive $3 per book.
Prior to the commissioning of a book, I will need to see a proposal/outline. A summary basically, outlining what will be in each chapter and why.
The book's topic will be discussed and resolved beforehand.

I have written on multiple non-fiction books. This would be a breeze for me. Delete your job posting. Read my PMB to know why. thanks and warm regards, Victor Lee
