Project 2 Details:
You are chairing a meeting in your workplace to discuss time management and productivity. Your colleagues have fallen behind schedule on various deliverables over the last 2 months and you are concerned that their work productivity is not what it should be. You are organising this meeting to show them data about their productivity and seek clarifications and feedback as to why this happening. Your goal is to then make recommendations and find solutions that will overcome this problem.
For this meeting you are required to:
1. Develop an agenda
2. Develop a 5-slide PowerPoint presentation for the attendees that shows the problem, some data and some of your ideas for discussion with the group about how to resolve this issue
3. Sample minutes from the meeting
The meeting is imaginary and can cover any productivity issue of your choice from either you own industry or any other industry.
