Please read entire post carefully before bidding. Please provide sample spreadsheet with a couple of questions (see attached), so that I know you understand project.
I am looking for an experienced research specialist to research business and management best practices and create survey questions that focus on whether an organization has these best practices in place. I will need 17 surveys between 28 - 40 questions for various business areas (e.g. sales, marketing, change management, asset management, finance, etc...).
Specifically I am looking for someone who can develop a series of surveys that comprise of yes/no questions, broken down by at least 3 categories (up to 8 categories). You determine the categories, but all of the questions must fit into a category.
For example, a performance management survey may have 32 questions that cover 4 categories (metrics, alignment, reporting, tools). So you might have 8 questions that focus on metrics (Do you keep your metrics in a central location...). And 8 questions that focus on each of the other 3 categories.
Lastly, you must provide a response for each question as if they answered no to that questions. Provide a spreadsheet with 3 columns (Category, Question, Response). See attached spreadsheet for specific examples. For example:
Question: Do you store your metrics in a centralized repository?
Response: Store your metrics in a centralized repository. Storing metrics in a centralized repository helps standardize processes, simplify reporting and improve decision making.
The Surveys Names Are Below:
Asset Mgmt / Inventory Mgmt / Supply Chain Mgmt (1 survey)
