Associates, or Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience required.

Tax Form Inquiries – From late January to late April, the Team handles all calls regarding agent tax form reissues, answering of basic tax questions, providing missing ledgers for tax requests, etc.
Answering Various Ledger Inquiries – The Team handles requests (emails, phone calls, forwarded messages, etc.) from agents and GO and HO personnel regarding many different items that it either handle or redirect to the proper area for assistance. It is also responsible for maintaining the Agent Compensation contact list to make sure we have the latest information to direct these inquiries properly if we are not able to help.
