To initiate and complete new hire on-boarding processes and fulfill supporting functions. This requires consistent communication with School Administrators, Recruiting, Payroll and IT departments.
• Must have a good knowledge of all specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
• Maintain database to accurately track all new hires, ensure that all required documents necessary for completion of new hire documentation packet are received and scanned to system and that all appropriate departments are informed.
• Develop and maintain rapport with School Administrators and Corporate Leaders to support on-boarding function, and advises of missing, delayed or completion of new hire documentation packet.
