Information gathering via 3 basic techniques: -subject matter researches -interviews with stakeholders -requirements gathering workshops. All received inputs during these activities will be used for the development of an AS-IS Process Model in order to understand current process, activities, process owners, involved technology, input and outputs of activities and to identify possible bottlenecks. 2. It is necessary to understand that People are the process. The process itself is influenced by organisation structure, technology, physical assets, rules, etc. When all these external factors are removed, it's the people that make process improvement successful or not. Their vision, mission, idea, understanding of current situation, future state of process, etc. All this understanding it is necessary to re-engineer business processes around people and build technology around processes, not vice versa. For business process modelling I used standard notations such as eEPC, UML or BPMN. 3. It is difficult to answer this questions because I don't know to which school system you're referring to. Further, the space for submitting bids is limited to 1500 characters which makes it quite difficult to give you detailed answers to your questions. It can be done in three methods. First method is walk-through. We can sit with the process owners and ask them to show how they are doing each process. Second method is Questionnaire, in this method we will circulate questionnaire to process owners on each process. Last method is Interview, in this method we will conduct interview with the process owners and understand each process. 2. How would you update / improve a critical process that was initially formed around out-of-date technology We will identify the Gap Analysis report using As-Is process and To-Be Process report. Based on To-Be process report, we will improve the critical process using latest technology. 3. A brief writing on "what is missing in the current school system & recommendations to improve" 1.
