Vacancy: Capital Raising Investor Relations Associate

An early stage edtech company is looking for a talented and effective person to join our team with a primary role in charge of capital raising and Investor Relations.

The Job entails a focused effort in capital raising strategies, investor reporting, and investor communications. Position requires written communication with potential new investors, preparation of capital raise presentations, and additional executive support.

The primary responsibilities include a role working with the marketing department to design and successfully implement crowdfunding and equity capital raising strategies.

The detailed description given below will explain in detail the key responsibilities that need to be handled by the capital raising investor relations associate:

To perform analysis of the industry peers and public disclosures like the various presentations made at the investor seminars, conferences, etc.

To implement, co-develop and update the organization's corporate messaging across different formats like making presentations, press releases, investor meetings, etc.

To determine the organization's position in the market and to provide the leaders with a proactive assessment and any other relevant feedback and guidance that is needed by the organization's senior personnel on how to increase the interactions with the investment community

To develop, implement, and manage new and existing investment related programs.

To design the Q and A's for the investor community and communicate the key internal developments that have occurred in the organization and provide valuable information regarding the company's strategies, its operations, and the overall financial performance.

To identify and tap new potential investors.
