Create and design onboarding packets and training modules for new hires

Job Description: * Keep people accountable to go through all the training materials * Standardize all training and onboarding steps and work on polishing them Job Characteristics: - Excellent communication skills, verbal and specially written - Creative and has a keen eye for details - Collaborative and communicative - Superb problem solving skills - Able to generate new ideas - Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models - Ability to work independently and also be a valuable team member - Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts Requirements: - Must be based in the Philippines - Experience in Instructional Design - Speaks excellent English with neutral accent. - Must have a minimum internet speed of 0.5Mbps both upload and download (as confirmed at [login to view URL]) - A good headset, a quiet place to call (if needed) - A webcam for our interviews and daily team meetings - Able to work full time, 8AM to 5PM PST. - Has either a passport or a driver’s license (This is a requirement for Transferwise payroll)
