a well established consulting company based in Centurion is looking for a Project Administrator who will work on an "as needed" basis (project dependent).
Successful applicant can work from home/remotely or make use of the office - no set working hours, will be on an "as needed" project basis and will be based on outcomes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrating more than one project at any given time with different reporting lines. Typical activities include but are not limited to:
Co-ordinate and manage administrative responsibilities on behalf of the operational team
Manage administrative deliverables on time. This may include compiling tender documentation for submissions, reporting to various managers
Documenting projects from start to finish
Collection of any outstanding documentation for project completion
Updating project details if and when required
Co-ordination of team meetings and client meetings as required
Minutes of meetings as required
Attend to any other relevant and reasonable tasks as may be required from time to time

At least 3 years project administration or similar experience
Advanced skills in Powerpoint, Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and within teams in order to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
Additional related qualifications are advantageous
