1200 word task - Politics and Economics Background

Hi,  I have a short task, about 1200 words, based on politics and economics. The paper needs to be APA Formatted. I need it done in the next 2-3hrs max. The work must be NON plagiarised, and submitted on-time. The budget for the task is $12. Please see below.. Economic Statecraft Policy Tool Evaluation Participants will write a two-page (single-spaced, 11 font) policy memo in which they will consider the application of economic statecraft tools to the current situation with Qatar. The paper should be very specific about the economic statecraft outcomes to be achieved and the associated geopolitical goal(s). Succinctly identify and justify what they believe should be the geopolitical goal(s) and the expected geoeconomic outcomes. For the geopolitical goals, you can use the 13 demands given to Qatar by the Arab quartet or identify new ones. The evaluation should explain how utilizing selected tools and ways of economic statecraft will help the UAE and allied countries achieve the desired economic statecraft outcomes while recognizing the limits to the utilization of the selected tools. It should also explain why best alternative tools and ways to the selected ones would not do a better job in helping the UAE and allies achieve the policy goal.  The evaluations will require participants to perform the following tasks: 1) Succinctly identify and justify what they believe should be the geopolitical goal and the expected geoeconomic outcomes; 2) explain why the tools and ways of economic statecraft they argue for will achieve the geoeconomic outcomes and foreign security goal in question; and 3) explain in what extent the best alternative tools and/or ways of economic statecraft will be less effective in supporting the policy goal. Claims must be supported with arguments and evidence. Explanations of the effectiveness of a tool or set of tools, or ways of employment should consider different options and judge via analysis why one option will be more or less effective than the best alternative one.  You will be evaluated on clarity, brevity and objectivity.  Here are some tips from me::::  Say it clearly in the very first sentence what’s the objective is, is it about changing the regime? Is it interfering in our domestic politics? Don’t say the objective is this but say in order to do this we have these couple of things in our disposal that are the best options…. What is being happing hasn’t been working because of xyz reasons but if want to achieve this objective, these are the best options that we have based on the economic tools that we UAE have. You can use other tools like information (media) as a tool to support the economic tool, for example: in relation to the economic tool it would be better enhanced by how the media campaign can do bla bla bla. You have to show how the tools are related to the specific objectives. So first we will be graded on our analytical thinking, our understanding of the tool, how it’s used, its limitations its pros and cons. Second is on organization.  Here is what I want to write about:  So what I see is a solution is to have Qatar allowing more financial monitoring by having a mediator from US and by that Qatar will not be able to fund any radical islamists, brotherhoods, any act that will destabilize UAE or interfere in our domestic affairs. And we will use heavy media (information tool) to counter Al Jazeera, and fake accounts supporting Qatar in social media like twitter etc,,,
