We currently receive 100+ sales questions each day on eBay for drop-shipped items. I am expecting this number to grow significantly over the coming months.
I am looking for a "Virtual Assistant" to join our team to help respond to these questions as well as perform various administrative tasks required to keep our eBay store running smoothly.
Your first assignment will be to respond to pre-sales questions. This entails gathering additional information about items we are drop-shipping and/or request additional information from suppliers in order to respond accurately to the prospective buyers. The listings for the items also need to be updated with the information gathered.
Because you will be interacting directly with customers an ability to provide accurate and professional responses is required: You must have native level English reading comprehension and native English writing skills.
You must be available to work on both Saturday and Sunday. Apart from this the work days and hours are quite flexible - but ideally you will be able to log in and respond to customer questions at least a couple times per day between 10am and 6pm US Pacific time. Administrative tasks can be performed outside these hours.
There is no shortage of work to be done, but if you are available at least 20 hours per week to begin with that works for me.
