This role will consist of you using a site called Gumtree-[login to view URL] where you will be targeting home sellers and landlords. You will be sending emails to these people and saving their details for me to then respond to or call. I will need for you to target 3 areas-Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. The message I'd like you to send is- I see you have a property in the .......... area to rent. We are looking for a long term let of 3 to 5 years with the option to perhaps buy it from you in the future. Is it worth us having a chat? Thx Tayo You will fill the dotted line with the area, for example Buckinghamshire and I would need someone to do this on a Monday for 1 hour and on a Thursday for 1 hour on a long term basis. And just to help out on this role I have created a video which gives you a step by step guide on how to do this. With regards to prices you will be paid up to $5 per hour.
