Why the factors (indicated by III) possible for the company?
IV. Why is contract food service in Europe and US a largely oligopolistic market?
V. What is their understanding of Asian market? Do they think that the level of oligopoly will rise in this market? If the oligopoly rate will rise, what is the main factor and who will lead the movement?
VI. If the oligopoly level keeps low in Asia, what is the constraining factor?
The three companies to be covered are: Sodexo, Aramark and Compass. Please explain the process that you will follow in conducting the above research project. Researchers based in USA are preferred as the offices of these companies in the US are to be contacted for the interview.
