Research into Anti-gravity Systems for Vehicular Application

This project is very unique and not for the faint-hearted. Please read the below instructions carefully before submitting a bid. I have done some research into the suppressed technology of anti-gravity systems and am looking for the design/plans/patent of such a system that not only works but would be useful for applying to both flying vehicles on earth and probes and rockets that travel into space. Anyone with the slightest knowledge of astrophysics will realise that successfully leaving earth is the hardest part in most space missions. This is only reinforced when one sees that the payload for most rockets is usually just 5% of the entire rocket’s mass when fuelled. So, finding the design/plans/patent of a specific anti-gravity system that works is the first part. The second is providing a detailed and comprehensive (to the lay man) explanation (combined with calculations, if it helps) as to how and why. The third part is displaying (through further research into and/or development of the concept) how the chosen anti-gravity system can be applied to conventional flying machines on earth and probes and rockets that are launched into space with payloads. To aid in this project, I have attached some interesting and detailed material from my own research. It contains numerous references to further material that should be available online or in books.
