I have a google sheet file that I use in the exercises of a training course that I offer remotely, meaning that I provide the trainee with a link that he can access and take a copy of the file and apply the exercises
Unfortunately, the trainees copy the file or download it and publish it without my consent. I want a way so that I specify who can use the file using “Google account authentication” and the approvals are manual or automated by us, so that the trainee uses the file from its location without the possibility of copying or downloading as an excel file where i can remove the access any time
Is there a way?
i suggested using Google authentication because most people will not share access to their Google accounts with others, and in this way I reduce the possibility of publishing the file without my consent
Of course, I know that I can add users who are allowed to view the file manually from Google Drive sharing settings, but this method allows the user to download the file or copy it, and this thing does not suit me
I don't mind hearing any ideas to solve the problem.
