I need a set of to-scale drawings that show how a 200 sq ft single-car garage—currently attached to a bedroom—will become an open-plan home office. Because the house already has a separate two-car garage, this project focuses only on documenting the remodel. Scope • Floor plan and keyed dimensions for the new office layout (open concept, no interior partitions). • Exterior elevation that replaces the existing garage door with a framed wall, stucco finish, and a new window for natural light. • Any basic notes a contractor or permit desk will expect (wall thickness, door/window sizes, ceiling height, etc.). Deliverables 1. Scaled PDF sheets (¼" = 1' or metric equivalent). 2. Editable source file in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp—whatever you normally use—so minor tweaks are possible later.
