Pending final scope discussion with client to determine the need for a Civil Engineer, minor grading plan or typical drainage sheet included in ADU Building permit. Or if a GC can tackle project solo using a preapproved ADU LA plan(cheapest method, no additional fees or need for standalone design). Though most of my ADU experience has been in rural areas rather than urban ones like yours, I have various professional land surveyor that can assist with establishing property lines for setbacks. Along with various software for high quality aerial images and topography. I'm open to having a discussion to see if it's a good fit and advise how'd I personally would proceed.
