We did Ruby development in the past but no more. We still have some Ruby websites and applications running for which we are searching someone to do maintenance and bugfixing, and occasionaly build extra features.
This is definitly not a fulltime job. It 'll be couple of hours per week, maybe a day.
If you're good and we work well together we might let you do some smaller new projects and proof of concepts and thus provide more work.
Experience with maintenance of existing projects is important.
