We are in need of a telemarketing office with 20 experienced agents.
Looking for good sales and agent support for our LIFE INSURANCE product.
Procedure of work should be around 5000+ calls to leads we provide and leads you acquire.
To start, only for New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
You will need to take all their information and provide a basic, no commitment, no guarantee estimated quote.
Once information is collected you'll need to do appointment setting for us to finalize the sale by giving an accurate quote.
Our commission payment is FIXED 15%.
Average sale is $800 - $1200, therefore commission would be average $120 - $180 per sale to start.
in sum, i'm looking for:
20 agents x 300calls/agent/day = 6000calls = 20+ sales/day
So, in 5000+ calls you may get $2400 - $3600 in commission minimum every day.
1. Experienced 20 agents especially in US/Canadian markets.
2. Currently not working with anyone else
3. Accept our terms and conditions.
4. Have ability to record each & every call.
5. Provide call statistics of every day.
6. Fast VOIP connection for calling installed.
7. Discipline of Eastern Standard time zone.
8. Average sale ratio per agent has to be minimum 1 sale/day. So 20 agents in one day have ability to make 20+ sales at least.
9. Written English has to be perfect.
10. Spoken Level of English has to be excellently fluent in all agents.
11. All agents have to be approximately two years trained.
The lowest bidder and most qualified bidder will win the project.
