I can do the web site but would like a consistent look and feel of professional business consulting to be themed accross the business. be as creative as you like but please dont be too 'young and funky' my clients are business managers and leaders so they are not hip, cool or creative. They are around the 35 to 55 age group with intelligence, drive and achievement. the talk straight and respect effectivemness and integrity. (Maybe think of a lawyer or accountant on steriods and give them a personality).
The brand or Sevenstone needs to set the business above the perception of recruitment agencies that try to appear to be more than applicant funnelling sysytems. Recruitment has earned a reputation of poor practice and short term gain sales methods with little overall value. Sevenstone is different be design and it needs to distinguish itself as the highest standard. In the same way that a Rolls Royce is seen as better that a Ford. The brand needs to inspire quality, trust, expertise but also flexibility and agitliy to keep ahead of markets.
Sevenstone Counsulting is to be established as a hybrid business between Management Consulting and Executive Search style recruitment.
(Executive Search means identifying and approaching specific people and encouraging them to leave their old job for a better one – not advertising for applicatnts. Search is a very different psychology where the candidate is the one with much more power than an one of many people applying for the same job)
Management Consulting comes in where we provide expert advice and analysis on a given company and specifically look at their customer profile. Once we have establish how and why their customers make buying decisions, we look at the structure of the company’s sales operation. Then we look at the skills, talents, aspirations and attitudes of the people who make up the team, including management. From there we help the client to transition to a better model. This includes out placement if necessary, retraining and recruiting.
