1. Working closely with existing channel partners and aggressively building new Channel Partners PAN Mumbai ( Existing VC Dealers, Security system Dealers, System Integrators, Board Room Integrators, Networking companies, Office Automation Companies, ISP’s, Architects and interior designers companies)
2. Work directly on creating LARGE ACCOUNTS in Government, Defense, Corporate and education.
3. Working Closely with Hyderabad inside Sales team on leads generated from Hyderabad and support them on demos with end customers.
4. Giving Live Video Conference and other product demonstration to the End Customers and resellers.
5. Conducting POC at Customer place by working closely with PRE-SALES team in Hyderabad.
6. Developing partners by motivating them to do push PeopleLink products aggressively and support them to close orders.
7. Motivating partners to stock different products of PeopleLink and training there sales staff to sell and position PeopleLink products effectively.
8. Launching different sales promotional programs for different product lines to motivate resellers to sell more.
9. Daily consolidation of Active Funnel from all Channel partners and direct cases and updating to the reporting manager.
