We are looking for 1 Experienced, Hungry and Super-Motivated Setter/Closer to join our team for long-term collaboration in our Social Media Marketing Agency for development in the US market. Niche: Real Estate Agents and Agencies. Campaign: Promoting FREE TRIAL of our seller/buyer acquisition service in the "Done For You" formula. The resource in total autonomy will be responsible for: 1. Searching for estate agencies by mail, telephone or message 2. Making appointments for introductory meetings in the calendar 3. Selling the service (free trial) remotely 4. Daily CRM compilation with executed transactions Requirements: Demonstrable experience in the real estate industry Willingness to learn, train and achieve new goals Immediate availability to start Strong communication and interpersonal skills Aptitude for problem solving Organisation, responsibility and discipline IMPORTANT: We select a limited number of reputable agencies to whom we offer a 7-day free trial of the service. We ask the agents to invest a minimum advertising budget to show the potential of our 1:1 coaching. The salesman will then promote the service with monthly high-tickets. Given the extremely valuable partnership, we have a high closing rate (90%). Position exclusively for enterprising and ambitious people with a long-term mentality to grow in the team.
