Work from home, Entry level, commission basis and flexible hours. Be a valued member of a growing agency with bonuses, pay rises and promotions available. We are an agency that advertises for other Irish and UK businesses through Facebook and instagram advertisements. We need someone to call, email or text businesses of any industry (we mostly advertise for construction companies) and ask if they would be interested in getting more booked appointments every week through our advertisements. All you need to do is get them to book a meeting with me and you will be paid right away, bonuses will be given for every sale closed. Communication skills and confidence over the phone is essential for this job but will get better as you get on the job experience. We will have a call together so you are fluent in what our agency provides and can easily tell people over the phone exactly what we do, how we do it and the results we bring to businesses. Responsibilities: -Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for our sales team -Follow up with prospects to ensure they attend scheduled appointments -Answer questions about our services and provide additional information as needed -Maintain accurate records of all appointments and follow-up activities in our CRM system -Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and improve our appointment setting process. Monthly/Weekly zoom calls. Requirements: -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -Strong organizational and time management skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation: This position is commission-based, with a competitive commission rate for each appointment that leads to a sale. The more appointments you set, the more you can earn.
