Job Description:

We are a startup marketing agency within Vancouver BC (commission-based structure), that primarily focuses on selling graphic design, web design, and most importantly social media marketing.

We are in need of a sales representative that can get us 5 -10 new clients per month by cold calling and emailing businesses within Canada and the US.

We operate on a commission-based structure,

where you will earn per package sold. You will be provided with company-approved sales scripts, email templates, and other marketing materials (package and pricing info).

YOU WILL ALSO GET:

• A social media shoutout

• Paid ad promotion

• Potential to transition into a salary based paid structure in third month, plus a commission increase on your second month, dependant on your work ability.

1. when it comes to calls, we expect you to do a minimum of 50 calls per day however, we suggest that you feel would be appropriate to do within a day that allows you to reach a total of 5-10 new clients signed up per month. You will be responsible for reaching out to clients and setting up consultation calls which you will lead and we will train you for, which will involve you running through a pitch deck which we will provide to you.

2. As mentioned, we will provide you with a winning sales script however, you may feel free to make changes as you please as long as it is first approved by us.

3. We will provide you with an initial calling list however, you will be responsible for generating a call list for yourself afterwards. From time to time, we will be sending you potential leads that we would like you to reach out too.

4. We would like you to focus on the entirety of Canada and US.

- However in return you get commissions, which we will discuss once you are interested.

- A free social media ad for free will run a whole month - will get you many clients.
