Field Sales Expert Needed

I’m looking for a self-motivated field sales professional who is at their best when shaking hands, solving problems on site, and closing deals in person. The exact industry vertical and territory size will be finalised with the right candidate, so if you have a proven track recordwhether that’s in retail aisles, medical offices, property showings, or any other face-to-face environment I want to hear how you consistently turn prospects into customers. You’ll be driving the full sales cycle: planning your route, approaching leads, demonstrating value, negotiating terms, and reporting results. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while still hitting agreed targets. Deliverables I’ll ask for: • A concise territory or account plan within the first week • Daily visit notes and a weekly activity summary uploaded to the shared CRM • Documentation for each qualified lead and every closed deal, including signed agreements and any supporting paperwork If you’re comfortable spending most of your day out in the field, adapting quickly to buyer feedback, and reporting metrics that matter, let’s talk.
