We're looking for a full-time virtual assistant to join our team. A successful candidate will be asked to perform the following tasks on a daily basis:
1) Manage database of our customers: make sure that information about new customers is properly updated, verify that payments from customers are on time, answer questions of customers about their data in the database, etc.
2) Provide customer support (you will be trained how to answer different types of questions).
3) Create documentation for business processes related to interactions with customers.
4) Work on lead generation
5) Work with customers
6) Other tasks.
1) Have fluent English (written and spoken)
2) Be available to work at least 8 hours every day Monday to Friday (with one hour break)
It is beneficial if you have knowledge of SAP software. The payment is 500 USD per month. If you can work during weekends as well, the payment can be higher.
