We are a rapidly growing Internet Service Provider located in Canada.
Due to increased workload we are looking for a customer service agent to join our team for a period of 3-4 weeks.
The salary we offer is $200-$300/week @ 40 hours per week.

- Support customers on-line via e-mails, calls and chats;
- Resolve customer complaints and requests via phone, email or social media;
- Assist with placement of orders, payments and refunds;
- Processing orders in our internal system;
- Making outbound calls or sending messages to ensure appropriate service or support was or is being provided to customers;
You must have fluent written and verbal English, have previous working experience in sales/customer service, have excellent communication skills, be responsible and patient.
Since we are in Canada, working hours are from 9am to 6pm (EST).
