Inside Sales Agent Freelancer for Healthcare Staffing

Business Development and Sales commission based

The Business Development and Sales position is responsible for growing the company’s business through developing and attaining new client contracts.

Your role:

• Work closely with facility Executives/Administrators, Nursing department and Consultants to generate new client leads

• Research, source, and contact new clients by phone, email, and other creative marketing sources

• Make 120 contacts per day to accomplish team objectives

• Develop marketing strategies when acquiring new clients

• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments

• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential nursing homes, assisted living communities and hospital partners; discovering and exploring opportunities

• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities

• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.

• Partner with Client-side team, identifying and executing on new client agreements

• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Responsibilities:

• Generating referrals for staffing agency by building relationships with long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.

• Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.

• Must be able to bring in new contracts with Facilities for Staffing

• Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity

• Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.

• Build and Maintain relationships Business relationships with National Accounts

• Must have proven Background of Health Care Marketing

• Must have Healthcare Experience

• Some Knowledge of Social Media Advertising

• Connections with Healthcare Industry in South Florida

• Maintain existing pipeline of clients while developing new positions for our travelers

• Establish and maintain communication and rapport with clients to encourage a long-term working relationship with Niche Medical Staffing

• Facilitate placement of nursing staff into client’s facilities by matching traveler skill level, licenses, preferences, board status and credentials to the client’s need

• Maintain regular contact with client to ensure satisfaction with our nursing staff performance

• Maintain daily goals as set by leader by identifying potential referral sources, seeking out non-profit partnerships, and attending local networking events within the community

• Strategically target and cold call new providers within targeted specialties establishing relationships with providers and their staff to grow the territory, quickly establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor for our clients
