Recruiter Job Orders

We are a team of independent recruiters with too many qualified job seekers to handle on our own. We are seeking someone to help us get Job Orders from companies who need to hire skilled workers. All we are expecting the recruiter to do is to source and identify possible Job Openings using their own resources, contact the company hiring managers, get our job placement agreement signed and forward the agreement to us. We will pay you a FLAT fee for every job order you originate for us. You do not have to wait until we fill the job order. We will pay you as soon as we have a verified executed job order. The ideal candidate(s) can work independently, work at their own home office, and has access to job boards or other sources (such as LinkedIn, niche sites) to identify possible job orders. A great way to originate orders to to call on postings you see on job boards. The recruiter must be comfortable talking to decision makers to get the job orders signed.
