You will focus exclusively on owner-occupied houses; no commercial or industrial pitching is required. Leads are generated the classic way—door-to-door canvassing—so confidence, clear communication, and the stamina to walk blocks each day are essential. I’ll provide a quick-reference pitch deck, current incentives, and a scheduling link that drops appointments directly onto my calendar. You’ll handle the initial conversation, collect the utility bill, and set a follow-up call; my engineering team will take over from there. Deliverables • 10 qualified homeowner appointments per week (utility bill in hand and decision-maker present) • Basic lead sheet detailing roof type, shading notes, and homeowner contact information • Daily recap message so I can track neighbourhood coverage and fine-tune the pitch Close ratios improve when consultants understand the tech, so familiarity with net metering, micro-inverters, kilowatt sizing, and common finance products will be a plus.
