We are looking for experienced call center fraud representatives handling US inbound/outbound calls for credit card companies.
The candidate must have at least 2yrs experience in US Fraud/Risk Management at a call center handling US accounts regardless of work location.
Excellent Communication Skills in English
Must have your own VoIP system that is able to make US calls to both landline and mobile phones
Fast Internet Speed
Must pass US Compliance Laws eLearning exam
