Sales agent - commission-based comp

Hey there, Comanche ([login to view URL]) is looking for sales agents that would carry out: 1) Client prospection and signature 2) Transferring technical requirements from client to our team of developers Comp would be purely based on commissions: You ensure the product is delivered, you are compensated! High commission: To be negotiated, but I would expect a 30% of total sales ticket. Tickets can vary from ~$1k to ~$3k, exceptionally reaching $10k. -> That would imply a $1500 salary for 5 products sold with a sales ticket of $1000 each. Average time from deal closing to product delivery: ~2-3 weeks We would pay you through milestones in Freelancer, for every product successfully delivered. Bonus: Once you have proved your talent to us, if you recommend to us another sales professional and we hire them, you will get an extra 4% commission on the revenue he/she brings. And you can recommend as many professionals as you want. Requirements: - Written knowledge of English - Basic knowledge of key requirements for web and app design and development - Professional, with proven experience of 2+ years Bidding process: - Show your experience, prove it. That's our main criteria!!! You can show the clients and companies you've worked with, you can show Freelancer references, etc. You can tell me your performance stats, if you know them. - You set the % commission for which you are willing to engage with us.
