I am looking for a Salesforce implementation specialist who can configure relatively simple sales and service process flows. Incoming will be leads from web contact forms, live chat, phone, and cases.
This will be a fresh instance of Salesforce with 5 user licenses to begin with.
Also will need:
- Configure CTI with screen pops containing customer information for inbound/outbound calls.
- Configure Point of Sale / Order Entry UIs and processes
There will be an integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central but that is outside the scope of this project.
