We would like to schedule a screening of our movie: Voyage to Betterment in cities around the USA. In order to have a successful screening, we must maximize/sell-out the theatres or venues we rent. Your job is to contact a list of 200 business, groups, affiliations or businesses (from a list we provide) and sign them on as "sponsors" who will be responsible for advertising the screening to their group.
NUMERIC GOAL: 20 sponsors x 25 members per sponsor = 500 person audience
You are provided with a list of contacts from about 200 different groups, organizations, affiliations or businesses in a particular city. You must reach out to each of these groups and get them to sign up as a sponsor.
1) You must be familiar with the movie and represent the movie with a degree of professionalism and salesmanship.
2) You must understand the group that you are contact and be able to communicate to them:
i) excitement that they would be getting involved
ii) that the movie screening is a tool for them to promote their message or accomplish their goals as a group or business. We want them to want to do this for them, not do it for us.
iii) that you think they would very much enjoy the movie and believe that they would be completely aligned with the messages of the film
iv) sponsoring our movie will allow for free promotion of their business to a niche market (Sponsors will be able to give coupons and promotional materials to the audience outside the theatre. They would be capitalizing on an audience that has a lot of energy and enthusiasm to "change their life and improve the health and well-being.")
v) that their members or clients will find the movie to be uplifting and enjoyable
Once they agree to sponsor the film, you will need to get them to complete a series of tasks that help us to market the movie. You want these group leaders or organizers to market the movie on their behalf. Please get them to complete as many of the following as possible:
Invite Friends via Facebook to the Facebook Event (as soon as possible)
Send a group message to their Facebook group (once as soon as they become a sponsor and again 4 days before the screening)

Post a new video on their Facebook wall every 5 to 7 days.
Post posters within their businesses.
Email their members the trailer
