I am in need of a real estate executive assistant who is equipped with a versatile skill set, particularly in marketing and advertising. The perfect candidate should be able to: - Create engaging marketing materials and letters for prospect seller clients. - Build and maintain captivating websites and landing pages to attract potential customers. - Should be skillful at managing my schedules and appointments, ensuring that my time is optimized. In terms of communication with clients, the ideal individual should be comfortable: - Initiating and receiving phone calls. - Sending out emails in professional language, tone and precision. The necessary technical skills required for this position are: - Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Experience in using KVCORE CRM is a plus. Strong marketing, communications, and technical skills are essential. Experience in real estate marketing would be preferred.
