IT Virtual Sale representative

I am looking for an IT virtual sales representative to help promote our services to small businesses. The target market consists of small businesses, so the sales strategy should be tailored to meet the needs of those clients. Our services address a variety of IT needs, and the virtual sales representative will be responsible for helping to pinpoint the issues and propose suitable solutions.
The virtual sales representative will be expected to create an effective sales strategy and use it to capture qualified leads. They will need to be knowledgeable in IT services and have excellent customer service skills to be able to appropriately pitch the benefits to potential customers. Additionally, they should be comfortable with digital methods of communications such as email, phone, and video conferencing for completing sales.
The virtual sales representative should be a self-starter and have strong organizational skills. They should be able to manage their own workflow within established parameters. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are important as well when determining the best IT solutions for customers.
