Job Description:
Salesforce and Amazon voice connect
We are looking for experienced professionals who have relevant experience in Amazon connect and has done similar integration like Salesforce Service cloud.
> Set up service cloud voice
> Configure service cloud voice
> Test service Cloud service
> Monitor your service Cloud voice contact
and etc
This will be a 4-8 weeks of project and we need someone who is committed and serious for this project as it may turn to be a long term opportiunity.
What we are looking in the candidate :
> Min 5 hrs hours l daily he can spend
> Amazon connect relevant expertise
> Should be proactive and committed
> Should be available for next 3-4 months
> Should be able to provide past work case studies
> Should be available from tomorrow to start.
