Hi, we have 4 shopping sites and 3 operators who confirm the orders,
each operator works with all 4 sites, mostly via whatsapp
Every site should have its own Whatsapp number.
Its our own good-looking number we`ve bought
We need to put all the communications with clients into a single (or two) professional platforms, so that
a) every operator could send messages from different whatsapp numbers (every site has its own messanger number)
b) all operators could work from their smartphones from home
We have started registering on MessangerBird.com.
We also want to link our own system with SalesForce CRM soon and start using it to supervise operators` communication on Whatsapp.
We need a specialist who will
a) complete setting up messangerbird for all 4 our shops, the priority is to communicate via Whatsapp with 4 numbers, 3-4 operators
b) set up salesforce on most basic level (without integration with our orders system yet)
c) integrate MessangerBird and SalesForce so that our operators could
- comminicate with clients
- with whatsapp
- via messagebird
- from their smartphones
is it possible to do?
we d prefer to pay $30/hr but ok to spend 1000 on this, and pay extra if necessary. Anyway, please give your offerings. What matters is the result.
